New Faculty/Staff Email Account Request Form

Account information and password will only be given with verification of identity. Due to ITS security policy, we cannot mail this information; it must be given to an individual whose identity we have confirmed.

Unauthorized use of the CSU computing facilities is a violation of Penal code 502 and therefore punishable by a fine not exceeding $5,000.00 and/or imprisonment not exceeding three years and cancellation of accounts.
