Software Licenses

Cal Poly offers a broad range of software for use under various licensing and usage agreements. Title availability is dependent upon your Cal Poly role (faculty, staff, student, ASI, affiliate, auxiliary and emeritus).

Personal use software is available via Kivuto (a CSU-approved partner WebStore that offers and administers personal use versions of CSU, Cal Poly and academic software).

Microsoft Imagine Premium (Academic Use Software for Cal Poly Faculty, Staff and Students) is available via Kivuto.

Learn How to access the Kivuto "OnTheHub" website.

Cal Poly employees should contact their IT staff prior to any Cal Poly computer software installation. Contact the ITS Service Desk for general download and software process questions.
