Email and Calendar Support
Cal Poly offers email and calendar services for current students, faculty and staff. Access your Cal Poly email and calendar through the Email and Calendar Single Click in MyCalPoly Portal. Account access is also available on mobile devices or other email clients. Each account has integrated email, calendar, personal address book, tasks and briefcase. Campus email may also be forwarded to an external email provider of your choosing. Auxiliary and departmental accounts are available upon request.

1. In general, ITS recommends migrating to the Zimbra web client for full functionality.
2. Contact the ITS Service Desk for quota increases (faculty/staff only).
3. For email local message stores ITS recommends using Outlook with IMAP.
4. No sensitive or confidential data should be stored on a local or external device. Refer to Cal Poly data classification and security information.
