Computing & Desktop Support
Note: Discontinued Windows XP Support
Due to Microsoft's discontinued support for Windows XP (more information), Cal Poly ITS will no longer include Windows XP support for computing/desktop support nor support in Cal Poly software, website testing, and other applications.
The Service Desk provides support for centralized passwords, technical service requests, and a broad range of campus technical services. As needed, referrals are made to deep level support teams (within ITS, academic and administrative departments across campus).
