New Faculty/Staff Email Account Creation
You may use our Online Request for New Faculty and Staff Accounts Form, or retrieve the printable version [pdf] of equivalent form to mail in or fax to the Service Desk.
Please complete and fax the above form to 756-1536, or mail it to the Service Desk (14-114).
This form will create UNIX, Zimbra Email, and Oracle Calendar accounts. The UNIX account is used primarily for coursework and web pages. The Zimbra Email account is for EMAIL exclusively. The Oracle Calendar account is needed to access the campus-wide calendaring system.
